Deep Dive
A comprehensive investigation of the technical feasibility or potential of an idea, concept or technology.
• Minimum two to three meetings plus a final report. Subsequent meetings focus on answering interim questions and identifying additional sources of information to build on ongoing research.
• Typically represents 12-40+ hours of work.
• I describe technical risks and opportunities, clarify known unknowns and identify unknown unknowns. I will explore business and market implications, but the focus is much more technical than a traditional market analysis.

Product Leader/Fractional CTO
